Sick people shouldn't be forced to go to work just to put food on the table. Let's help them #flattenthecurve and #stayhome so we can all heal together
We provide food to those in need to make it easier for families to self-quarantine and stay home while they are sick.
If you're in a position to help, donations allow us to send food baskets to families in need during self-quarantine.
If you're feeling sick, it's best for you, and all of us, for you to stay home. We will send food to help make it easier.
If we can help families stay home while they get better, we will all get through this quicker. We're all in it together!
Fill out a quick form, tell us where to send the food and we'll do our absolute best to send you a food basket to help you stay home and get better.
It's good to remember that in crises, natural crises, human beings forget for awhile their ignorances, their biases, their prejudices. For a little while, neighbors help neighbors and strangers help strangers.

Let's take a closer look below at why the experts are telling us to #flattenthecurve and #stayhome
Our goal with social distancing is to help reduce the strain on the healthcare system allowing patients to get the care they need
By reducing exposure to others, you significantly decrease your chances of contracting the virus and spreading it to others
We want as many people to be able to stay home as possible. We will send food to those in need to help make this a reality.
We've created a standard box with one week's worth of food that we can send through local delivery services.
We are all in this together. Our brothers and sisters are sick. With a small donation, we can help them recover faster and prevent them from spreading the virus unnecessarily.
We will do our absolute best to collect enough donations to send a food basket to everyone who needs it.
We have some amazing friends to make this happen, but we could always some additional help.
Our driving principle is that we are all in this together. If someone is in need of food to help them self-quarantine, we want to be there to help. It's that simple.
Currently, from a logistics standpoint, we are only able to fulfill requests for the delivery of baskets within the United States. Depending on demand, we may expand these options soon.
We are working with several organizations who have relationships in the most vulnerable communities particularly in New York City.
We are always open to introductions of people who can help us expand our outreach. If you want to connect us with someone to further our network, please email us: hello@sponsoraquarantine.org.
Depending on the geographical location of the family or individual, we will use whatever option we can to fulfill the request. That may include delivery services like Amazon Fresh, Fresh Direct and Instacart as well as hiring locale Task Rabbits and other providers.
As you may be aware, delivery options vary greatly depending on the location, so we'll currently be processing each order as best and most efficiently as we can.
We are using 100% of the funds that we receive to send Food Baskets to those who request it. We do have fees that will be deducted from your donation including Stripe processing fees for Credit Cards and delivery fees for the Basket Distribution.
Short Answer: we are not making any money on this or taking a cut from any of it. We are sending all the money out the door.
Of course. Send us an email and we'll figure out alternative methods. Bitcoin, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle... sure, why not :)
Let's show the world that we are always rise to the challenge and help each other when we need it most.
